Series Overview

This monthly masterclass series explores ear reflexology across all stages of life, with each session dedicated to a specific age group. The focus is on non-medical wellbeing support, including stress management, sleep support, emotional regulation, comfort, and relaxation.

Sessions are designed to be practical, gentle, and age-appropriate, making them suitable for practitioners, parents, care givers, and individuals interested in self-care.

Each session includes:

  • Age-appropriate ear reflexology techniques
  • Clear reflex zone diagrams and explanations
  • Practical demonstrations and self-help tips
  • Guidance for safe and effective home practice

Monthly Schedule

All sessions are held on Thursdays and scheduled to avoid school holidays.

January – Ages 0–7

Wellbeing Themes – 10 minutes
• Common wellbeing concerns for the age group
• How ear reflexology may support emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing

Practical Demonstration – 20 minutes
• Step-by-step technique demonstration
• Guidance on pressure, rhythm, and positioning

Integration & Q&A – 10 minutes
• Home practice tips
