Workshop Overview
Reflexology and the Muscular System Workshop – Hobart
The muscular system plays an essential role in movement, posture, circulation, and everyday physical function. Muscle tension, fatigue, poor posture, repetitive strain, and stress can all affect how the body feels and performs. Understanding muscular health can be valuable for both personal wellbeing and professional practice.
This workshop at Kingston Learning Centre focuses on the relationship between reflexology and the muscular system. Participants will explore how specific reflex areas on the feet are traditionally used to support relaxation, ease muscular tension, and encourage balance within the body.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the principle that different areas of the feet correspond with systems and structures of the body. Through guided practical learning, students will gain a clearer understanding of how reflexology may be applied alongside knowledge of muscular anatomy.
